Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. All refund/reimbursement requests must be submitted within 1 week after the completion of any routine lawn maintenance service, or 2 weeks after the completion of any non-routine landscaping service. All requests must be accompanied with photographic evidence of any issues that have caused the request.
